• Need to see the venue before hand if you already have one 
• Need to speak with the venue coordinator on setup time 
• If choosing the romantic setup, (at a hotel) will need extra key (will be given back to the front desk upon room setup completion) 
• Will pickup food if necessary 
• Will do last minute for extra fee
• Last minute is anywhere from a week to two days before
• An event is party setups and romantic setups
• Last minute fee
  • $10 for invitations/flyers
  • $50 for events 
• $20 clean up fee 
• Invoices are for serious inquiries only 

Payment deposit is Due 48hours after it’s sent 

Deposit is half of total payment due to secure your date and prepares for event 

The retainer books vendors, materials etc. 

Second half is due two weeks before event date 

Full payments are also accepted 

No refunds 

Event will be cancelled if second payment is not made at the two weeks mark
